By using this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data electronically. Limitations of Liability of Portugal Green Travel - DMC

Aristodiscovery – Lda, a company trading as Portugal Green Travel – DMC, is not responsible for bodily or material damages resulting from, but not limited to: inadequate physical exertion; forces of nature; travel of any kind; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; equipment failure; and lack or limitation of medical assistance in remote locations. We are also not responsible for expenses not specified as included in the cost of the trip.

Reservation and Payment Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the program value per person is required to secure your place. If you make your reservation within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments by bank transfer:

Documentation For Your Trip

We will send some documents before the start of your trip, including a Tour Confirmation Package, General Itinerary, and Final Trip Document.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies are based on the time between the receipt of your written cancellation and the start date of your trip.

Client Initiative

For written cancellations, the following rules apply:

– 45 or more days before the start date, you will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of 150€ per person;

– 31-45 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total price;

– Less than 31 days before the start date, there will be no refund, but 20% of your payment may be applied to another tour departing within one year from the date your cancellation was received.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone before or during a trip if that person’s behavior could substantially interfere with the enjoyment and well-being of other tour members.

Discount Vouchers

Portugal Green Travel – DMC wishes to reward its customers with an immediate discount voucher on all trips on the website.

– Applies to the purchase of your next trip with Portugal Green Travel – DMC;

– Will be delivered after completing the satisfaction questionnaire;

– Is valid for one person;

– Has a validity of 12 months between the issuance date and the reservation date;

– Cannot be combined with other existing promotions, with some exceptions;

– Is subject to availability from Portugal Green Travel – DMC and suppliers;
