This program starts in Viseu, a city in Beira Alta, with a guided tour and a typical Portuguese dinner.
On the second day, we take a bike ride on the Eco Pista do Dão, and in the afternoon, we enjoy a guided tour and a wine experience.
On the third day, we begin in Coimbra, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with a guided tour of the University of Coimbra and one of the best hidden secrets of the city, the Seminário Maior de Coimbra. We conclude this day with a unique Fado de Coimbra experience and dinner at a typical restaurant.
On the fourth day, we start with a walking tour and a visit to the Schist Villages of Serra da Lousã. We savor a traditional mountain lunch and learn with a beeswax candle-making workshop.
On the fifth day, we visit the olive oil production at Castelo de Marvão, one of the oldest olive oil producers in Alentejo. In the afternoon, we will have a hiking program along the old smuggler's route between Spain and Portugal. To conclude, there will be a guided tour of Monsanto, as well as free time in Penha Garcia.
