This program begins in Mortágua, a town in the Viseu district, where we will have the opportunity for a guided tour and a wine experience. On the second day, we start with a walking tour and a visit to the Shale Villages of Serra da Lousã, where we enjoy a traditional mountain lunch, followed by a beeswax candle-making workshop.
On the third day, the visit will be in Coimbra, a UNESCO Heritage site, where we will have a guided tour of the University of Coimbra and the Seminário Maior de Coimbra. We conclude this day with a unique experience, Fado de Coimbra, and dinner at a typical restaurant.
On the fourth day, we will have a guided tour of the Figueira da Foz Salt Pans and the Ecological Museum of Figueira da Foz. In the afternoon, we head towards Nazaré, via the National Atlantic Road. For the fifth day, we will have a guided tour of the Convent of Christ in Tomar. To finish this day, we may experience a medieval dinner. On the sixth day, we conclude with a guided tour of Castelo de Vide.
